Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to operate NetDay and provide financial analytics. This may include:

  • Contact details such as your name and email address
  • Authentication details for connected accounts (stored as secure tokens)
  • Connected account identifiers (for example, Stripe account IDs)
  • Financial metadata from connected accounts (charges, refunds, payouts, advertising spend amounts)
  • Product usage data to improve and secure the Service

NetDay does not store payment card numbers and does not process payments on behalf of users.

How We Collect Information

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Directly from you when you create an account, provide contact details, or communicate with us
  • Through secure, read-only API connections you explicitly authorize (such as Stripe and advertising platforms)
  • Automatically through product usage analytics and cookies (described below)

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including to:

  • Display daily net cash movement and financial analytics you request
  • Operate secure integrations with third-party platforms
  • Communicate with you about the Service, updates, or support
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot issues
  • Improve product performance and user experience

NetDay does not sell user data and does not run ads using user data.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

NetDay connects to third-party platforms (such as Stripe and advertising platforms) using secure, read-only API access. We only access the data you explicitly authorize. OAuth tokens and other credentials are stored securely.

This includes Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook), which provides advertising data accessed only after you authorize Facebook Login.

Platform Data from Meta (Facebook)

When you connect a Meta advertising account, NetDay accesses advertising performance and spend data using read-only permissions provided by Meta.

This data is used solely to display advertising spend and reporting inside your private NetDay dashboard. NetDay does not modify ads, create campaigns, or take automated actions on your behalf.

NetDay does not share data obtained from Meta with third parties and does not use Meta data for advertising, profiling, or resale.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. NetDay is not responsible for the practices of third-party services. You can disconnect integrations at any time within your account settings.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate. OAuth tokens and credentials for integrations are stored securely and are used only for the limited purpose of providing the Service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. We also use product analytics to improve performance and user experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, but some features may not function properly without cookies.

You may have the ability to:

  • Access and update your account information
  • Review connected accounts and integrations
  • Disconnect integrations at any time
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data

To exercise these options, adjust your settings in the app or contact us at the email below.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We may retain certain information as required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. We will confirm when deletion is complete or if a legal requirement prevents full deletion.

Children's Privacy

NetDay is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
